We have many themes in our catalogue, so have a look through - we hope
you'll be inspired by our designs. Our dog portraits are our speciality
- very realistic, and not difficult to stitch. We prefer to use only
straightforward whole cross stitches in our kits. We're sure that once
you start a kit, you won't want to put it down! Our unique kits cannot
be bought elsewhere so if you are looking for something different, even

We like to add new designs every week, so there is always something new
to see. We provide a friendly and reliable service, and we are always
happy to hear from you, especially if you have any ideas for future

All designs are stitched in whole cross stitch, so they are a pleasure to sew - even for the novice. Nice and easy - no irritating part stitches !
All kits include:
- Anchor threads pre-sorted onto an organiser.
- High quality Aida fabric.
- Large scale symbol chart.
- Needle and threader.
- Colour picture of design.
- Full easy to follow instructions and a self-seal project bag.
All kits contain small parts and a needle and we advise that children may need adult supervision. We can supply even weave as an alternative at a small extra charge
You can order and pay online by credit/debit card using Paypal - the No. 1 Secure Internet Transaction Site. Paypal will automatically convert your currency to British £ Sterling.
You can pay by post with a UK £ cheque / postal order, just complete the printable order form, at the checkout, and send this off with your payment.
If you are unable to print the form, simply copy all the necessary information, not forgetting to add the postage - and remember to give us your address.

In the interest of data protection, Jann Designs do not retain customer credit card details We use the secure banking system of PayPal to process those orders that are being paid for by credit/debit cards. If you want to buy a few counted cross stitch kits, there is only one p+p charge - UK £2.50 / Overseas £4.50 for up to every 5 kits you order.
All orders will be despatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment, usually sooner. If you are paying by cheque, your order will be despatched as soon as your cheque payment clears, usually after 5 full working days
You have 7 working days in which to cancel your order. If you are not happy with any product you may return it within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund, as long as it is in the original condition. Please notify us that you are returning an item. Any returned items should be sent by registered post, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
All Jann Designs counted cross stitch kits and charts are subject to the Laws of Copyright. Permission from Jann Designs UK must be obtained to sell any Jann Designs kit or chart through any retailer or agent.

Are your designs suitable for a beginner?
Yes. We want you to enjoy the experience of stitching our kits, so all our
designs are user friendly. We only use full cross stitch, there are no part
stitches, so our kits are suitable for the beginner and the more experienced
stitcher. ( Wording is usually sewn in backstitch ). Full instructions are
supplied with every kit. We are always available to help you with any
queries that you may have.
Can I order a catalogue?
We do not provide a printed catalogue, as we are constantly updating our
range of designs. Our web site is our catalogue, where you can view our
latest kits.
Can I buy the chart of the design, instead of the complete kit?
Unless the design information says that a Chart Only option is available, it
is only sold as a complete kit.
Is it safe to use my Credit Card over the Internet?
Yes. We accept credit card payments through Paypal - the No.1 Secure
Transaction Site. If you are shopping outside the United Kingdom, place
your order with us and the amount due will be converted automatically for
you. Your card details are only seen by us, on a secure page – we do not
store your Credit card information after your order has been processed. If
you prefer you can send your credit card details over the phone, by email or
by post.
Can I buy a kit without buying online?

We also accept British £ Sterling cheques and postal orders. Simply fill out
your order on the checkout page, then print out the order form and forward
it to us with your payment. Your order will be despatched on clearance of
payment.
When will I receive my kit?
Orders are normally despatched within 5 working days. Please allow a few
days longer if paying by cheque to allow for clearance.
Are there any Tapestry designs?
This is an area that we intend to develop. At the time of writing, we may
not have any tapestry designs available. But please search through the
categories, as there will be some soon – we promise !
Can I request a design?
We are always happy to hear from you with suggestions for future kits.
However we do not provide a custom service from your own pictures.
